I currently offer private counselling sessions from age 18+ Counselling sessions take place face to face at http:\/\/www.yourprecioushealth.com\/<\/a> in a beautiful calm space, please note room is upstairs, first door on left. I also offer counselling sessions face to face at The Nebula Centre https:\/\/nebulacentre.co.uk\/<\/a> \u00a0in Carrington, which is a haven of peace and tranquility in the countryside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I offer walk and talk counselling sessions in a few beautiful places in South Manchester that suit your needs, including Dunham Massey, a walk along the canal\/path from Altrincham and the Nebula Centre.  A nature walk can help to ground the mind into the present moment, calming the nervous system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Precious Health is located centrally in Hale village in Cheshire,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Progress House, 17 Cecil Road, Hale, Cheshire, WA15 9NZ. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The nearest public car park is only 100 yards away on Cecil Road. There is free on street parking along Cecil Road. Hale train station is a 3-minute walk away and there are regular buses in central Hale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is parking onsite and please note, counselling rooms are only accessible via a set of stairs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
