I offer walk and talk counselling sessions in a few beautiful places in South Manchester that suit your needs, including Dunham Massey, a walk along the canal\/path from Altrincham.  A nature walk can help to ground the mind into the present moment, calming the nervous system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
